Villa Gaia is a traditional villa consisting of two "cave houses" set on two levels, a lower one and an upper one. The house on the upper level, Villa Nefeli, can be rented separately or together with the house on the lower level, as the whole Villa Gaia.
In both cases, the privacy of couples and family members is fully guaranteed!
Both houses have whitewashed interior with a smooth transition from one room to another, which resembles cave houses with minimalist design and airy aesthetics.
The outdoor Jacuzzi tub on the lower floor, with breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea, awaits your relaxing moments.

Villa Gaia is ideally located in the village of Imerovigli where guests can enjoy stunning sunsets, views of the Aegean sea and the myriad of shops and excellent restaurants that are located just a stroll from our villa.

The house on the upper level, Villa Nefeli, offers a master bedroom with a double bed and a smaller bedroom with two single beds, both boasting en-suite bathrooms with shower and vanities. A fully equipped kitchen and a spacious private balcony, with tables, chairs and stunning sea views complete the layout.
The house on the ground floor offers a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, but could easily accommodate two extra persons on a sofa-style banquette that is serviced by a second bathroom next to the launge area. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a private terrace with views of the Caldera.
The whole Villa Gaia, renting both Villa Nefeli and the house on the ground floor, can easily accommodate 6 people + 2 arranged on a sofa bed.
